Working for improved and shared understanding of the complex causes of social exclusion is a key driver in our efforts to tackle it.  With a track record for innovation and for providing quality services, we are moving into a new phase and a new challenge.  We’ve long held an aspiration to influence social policy through action research and education and we are committed to achieving this aspiration through a programme of participation, a theme that is fundamental to every aspect of our work.  This involves bringing together experience, knowledge and ideas from different perspectives to create informed and powerful action for change.
