Available in Cardiff, our Support Projects offer friendly advice and help to council tenants who might be unsure of their responsibilities as a tenant or who are finding it difficult to manage their homes. 

As well as practical assistance and advice on budgeting, benefits and other relevant support agencies, support workers are skilled at listening and giving emotional support to help people cope with the impact of their circumstances.  This one-to-one help helps increase the client’s confidence so that they can start living independently.
