Outreach ProjectThe Swansea Outreach Project is for single people who are homeless, or who feel they may be at risk of becoming homeless. Our knowledgeable team provide friendly drop-in sessions as well as external surgeries, offering practical advice and support around topics such as housing, benefits, finances, substance misuse, Settling into a home.

We also provide opportunities for group activities, which offer positive, shared experiences. These are proven to build confidence and help people feel more valued in their community. For example, many clients took an active part in developing our urban wildlife garden.
